Registration and Participation
Registration for the tournament takes place via the website using the official registration form and is subject to the applicable terms, conditions, and participation fees. Registration can be completed through the website by submitting the registration form. By registering for the tournament, teams and players agree to comply with all tournament rules, regulations, and instructions from the organisers. Participation is voluntary and entirely at the participant’s own risk. All players must be in good health and medically fit to participate in the tournament.
Changes to Your Registration
If you wish to make a change to your tournament registration after completing the online form, please send us an email describing the changes you wish to make. Any change to your registration is only effective after you have received written confirmation from the organisers.
Participation at Own Risk
Participation in the tournament is entirely at the participant’s own risk. All participants are responsible for arranging their own insurance coverage, including personal liability insurance, sports or accident insurance, and health insurance. The organisers do not provide any form of insurance coverage for participants. The organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, damages, losses, theft, or financial losses that may occur before, during, or after the tournament. This includes loss or damage to personal property and any direct or indirect damages related to participation in the tournament. By participating, players and teams waive any claims against the organisers, staff, volunteers, partners, sponsors, venue owners, and any affiliated parties.
Force Majeure and Event Changes
The organisers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, interrupt, or modify the tournament programme in the event of circumstances beyond their reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions such as storms, heavy rain, lightning, or excessive heat, natural disasters, fire, venue damage, government restrictions, public health emergencies or pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, transportation disruptions, power outages, technical failures, personal circumstances of participants or organisers, insufficient registrations, safety or security risks, failure to obtain necessary guarantees, or loss of sponsor funding. In such cases, the organisers cannot be held responsible for any resulting inconvenience, losses, or additional costs, including hotel bookings, transport, or other travel-related expenses. All participants acknowledge and accept that the tournament is a pre-organised event. Participation fees are used to cover planning, staffing, venue booking, and operational costs, which are incurred regardless of whether the tournament takes place as scheduled. Refunds will only be considered if any funds remain after covering these costs, and even then only at the sole discretion of the organisers. By registering, participants explicitly waive any guaranteed right to a refund or compensation for cancellations, rescheduling, or other changes to the tournament programme. The organisers see no reason why the tournament wouldn’t go ahead and are fully geared up to make it a fun, safe, and unforgettable slam-dunk of an event for everyone!
Photo and Video Recordings During the Tournament
Please note that during the tournament programme, photos and/or videos may be taken. By registering for the tournament, participants acknowledge that such recordings may be used by the organisers for promotional, communication, or archival purposes. The organisers are not responsible for photos or videos taken privately by participants, spectators, or third parties.
Conduct, rules and Fair Play
All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other players, referees, organisers, volunteers, and spectators. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, discrimination, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated. The organisers reserve the right to remove or disqualify any participant or team that violates these standards without refund.
Participants must follow all tournament rules, venue regulations, and instructions given by referees and organisers. The organisers reserve the right to change tournament rules, schedules, or formats if necessary to ensure the safe and fair running of the event.
